Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

Any claim, dispute, or controversy, except those qualifying for small claims court, will be resolved by binding arbitration, not in court.

Arbitration will be administered by the AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

You may pursue your claim in small claims court with written notice.

You agree to arbitration on an individual basis, not as a class action.

Waiver & Severability

No waiver of any term is a continuing waiver. Any failure to assert a right is not a waiver.

If any provision is invalid, it will be eliminated or limited, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Subscriptions

Recurring subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.

Pre-paid gift subscriptions have a set end date and do not auto-renew.

Taxes and shipping may apply to subscription orders with merchandise.

You can modify or cancel subscriptions through your account or by contacting us.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Roast Valley LLC regarding our Services.
